September 11, 20205 yr Ok.... Just took the plunge and just bought "Advanced Rendering Options" plugin in the xplane11 org store and must say it is....... absolutely brilliant!!! The menu is visible in VR, very easy to use and you can change dozens of settings ...while in VR! I immediately bumped up the saturation, removed the greenish blant look, cranked up the contrast a bit and changed some light scattering settings. And voila, the image I always wanted but missed so much in VR. I use the latest version of xplane11 (just updated), I have a Rift S and I use OVR settings and 3jFPS at the same time when using advanced rendering options. The best 14,5 Euro I spend in months! Well done creators! Cheers Jozeff
October 1, 20205 yr "Advanced Rendering Options" plugin i just tried it out too and i also can say is one of the best invested 14,20 eu i spend for a long time and something i was looking for the last years flying in VR with a Rift. The possiblity to change the often too much depressiv day flying on xplane....so as many other "View" things. Something that is known Oculus doesn t want ...they disabled some years ago a way over nvidia to tweak colours, saturation, brightness, contrast .. you can do this all here without problem .You have more than 50 sliders and several saving buttons and allways a comparission to "normal" view, even in VR from inside with a shown panel/tablet GREAT!!! a fps widget if you want to see the impact of that what you disabled or increased.. And more than that clouds , rain, fog, water changes, settings .. , 5 save buttons and one of 5 to choose to load from beginning or not and or while flying... I f you have a sunny day you can fly in a SUNNY DAY , bright and shiny as much as you feel .... 😉 🙂 Great I give 10 Points with Star (of five) Have been waiting long ago for this wish this could also be implemented foe IL2 Sturmovik...
