I went flying off a tangent the other night replying to one of the whinging posts. I felt frustrated that I didin't get the expected performance and features I would have liked to see in FSX, and reading everyone's displeasure with FSX, I just boiled over and said things I shouldn't have said.I therefore apologis(z)e to anyone i may have offended. especially to ACES.I have to admint - the missions are actually really cool, and I'm glad it was implemented. The scenery DOES look really beautiful, and I hope we will be able to enjoy it soon WITH some better performance.Once again - I'm sorry :-/Have a nice evening/day

I've already improved my FSX performance by about 30-40% from what it was out of the box, with no loss of visual quality. Thanks !Actually, tonight FSX performed really well for me....It's almost a matter of " This can't be, can it ? "It's really smooth where as a few nights back it was really sluggish !Do any of you guys experience trees popping into view quite often ?Not to bothered by it, but if alot of them pop in at once it is kind of "off-putting"....any idea what i can try to reduce this ?Thanks ! :-)
