November 3, 200619 yr Our friends at Aerosoft have a free treat specialy for FS-Xhttp://www.aerosoft.com/cgi-local/re/iboshop.cgi?show270http://www.aerosoft.de/shop-rd/bilder/scre.../alcatraz_5.jpgLooks great!Enjoy
November 3, 200619 yr This is BS... That scenery was originally developed for FS9. They could have at least produced two versions, it's not like this was from the ground up FSX scenery. Ooh well, Geofa should be happy... It's a small scenery so it's not that big of a deal. No matter how some among us hate it, FS9 is still the better of the two for now concerning add-ons and in sim performance. November 3, 200619 yr Funny you should mention that.I just made a dummy FS-X folder in The ProgramsMicrosoft Games. I pointed the installer to it. It installs then throws up an error leave he error dialog open and at that point you can get the scenery out of the dummy FS-X directory. I moved the scenery directory to my FS9 add-on directory and added a entry to the scenery library.Works like a charm in FS9. It doesn't look like its missing anything. Makes me wonder why they didn't provide us with a FS9 version.
November 3, 200619 yr Thanks for the information boshar! I tried doing that last night but when the error came up I cancelled the install. That must cause it to delete the scenery from the dummy fsx file I made. I will try it again when I get home tonight.Cheers -
