September 23, 20205 yr A Microsoft tech (Xbox gamer?) solved my "insert disc" problem that I've had ever since installing Patch #2. I tried 8 or 10 different suggestions, to no avail. Here's what worked: 1. Check for windows updates (in my case, none needed) 2. Reset Xbox and MS Store apps (Settings > apps > reset Xbox and MS Store apps > restart computer 3. Fix Xbox Networking (Settings > gaming > Xbox networking > click "fix it" > restart computer After 3 days of no flight sim and little hope of finding a fix, this is what worked for me.

October 15, 20205 yr Author Same error occurred after Patch #4, so I've gotten a request for a disc for 2 out of 4 Patches (every other Patch). Corrected the problem with the same solution as Patch #2 (included in this post). At least it's consistent. Sadly, I'm getting so much practice with this that I could fix it with my eyes blindfolded.....
