Go Around

- Was on final the other day and did a balked go around (at least it's called a "balked" in the US) where you perform a go around after a slight touchdown (just the main wheels). When the main gear touched down, I needed to perform a go around, however after commanding "Go Around Flaps", it didn't trigger that phase of flight because it looks like the main wheels touching down activates the "roll out" phase. The problem with that is it doesn't allow for me to command go around should I need to like in that situation.

Can the "rollout mode" be triggered by another event instead, like reverse thrust or "decel" activation?

 

PM After Landing Flow

- If I happened to be performing a visual with the Bird On, can the PM in their after landing flow toggle the HDG mode back to normal? Additionally, turning off the PM's FD and LS buttons would be helpful too. Otherwise I have to pan over and do it which takes my attention away from taxiing.
