I am looking at this pre-build system since no one seems to have RTX 3080 in stock. Any feedback? At $2,730 is it too expensive for what I get? Should I go up to i9 (+$300) or wait for AMD Ryzen Zen 3?

For those 2 sims, that spec/configuration should work pretty well.

 

RAM is good for Xplane. MSFS will enjoy the RTX 3080.

And you have plenty of file capacity with that mix of 3 SSDs.

The Ryzen chip should do well and keep both sims chugging along nicely.
