App for autopilot...

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of any app that will allow an iPhone to control the autopilot of the GA aircraft in MSFS?

Many thanks!

Judging by the way the autopilot works at the moment, I think Candy Crush would be as good as anything!  🤣

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

haha yeah. I just want something that can control the heading bug and the vertical speed really. Pretty hard to do using track IR at the moment. Much easier in Xplane when you can pop the AP and GPS out without any FPS hit...

Yes - I totally agree.  I have an Android pad myself and was looking up some similar apps for that.

I didn't follow that through as I found my old Saitek panels plugged in and worked, which surprised me, but from the Android apps I was looking at, I will see if they also do an Apple equivalent.  Back soon!..

You might get something out of this.  I thought it just duplicated gauges at first but it seems you can adjust settings (radio etc.) from the pad.
