is your game a legal copy ?

yes of course, I posted this on FB sightsim groups and even on MSFS forum but I didn't manage to get an answer, I was about to send ZENdesk a report about it and most likely I'll reinstall everything.

well good luck  hope u get it worked out,,

so one last thing,,, reboot your modem and router , flush your dns cache and renew your ip... you know how some times u cant get on the internet cause you pc and the modem arnt on the same page so to speak,, maybe that happen with your game,, I dunno  ...

If you have a MS install try logging out of the game and starting it from the Windows Store instead.

The Windows Store startup seems to do some extra checking/updating that on occasions fixes these sort of issues. Worth a try.

If his account is really messed up he will need to contact ms support they apparently respond pretty promptly.

finally I got it! this Xbox companion is the cause of all this issues.

1.I log out on  Microsoft store, and Xbox companion

2.Uninstall the Xbox companion (I don't know why I have that apps anyway)

3.I install Xbox App

4. Sign in both Microsoft store and Xbox App

5. From Xbox app I saw MSFS and launch from there

Alas all is working now, even BING maps are now loading.

I even try to uninstall the sim and the digital ownership its a small file maybe 100mb, not the 120GB files that stays on my current directory.

ah .. I think the companion is a newer variant of the game bar.  I believe they are for screen shots and stuff.

Not to matter - good news.
