October 22, 20205 yr You need to reference the pilot operating handbook for each aircraft and hope the flight dynamics are modeled close. Even in real life, these calculations are best guess guides. If I recall, we would add 20% or so to landing and takeoff distances and add pinch of 'i hope so'. The approach speed is a good number. This value, once again, is found in the POH.
