November 12, 200619 yr I did a forum seach for this one and could not find any posts regarding this one.I have notice in FSX that all of my aircraft's landing gear tend to cycle without being commanded. I do have a joystick button configured for the "G" keyboard command ( repeat disabled) but doesn't seem to make any difference.Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks in advance.Ed GreenKCLThttp://www.panelshop.com/Banners/DEV.jpghttp://www.oncourse-software.co.uk/forum_images/fdc_beta.jpg
November 12, 200619 yr Hi,If you delete the joystick assignment and just use the "G" key do you still have the problem? Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
November 13, 200619 yr I haven't seen the problem at all, not once, with either no joystick, CH products pedal and rudders, or my very cheap joystick.Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)N15802 KASH '73 Piper Cherokee Challenger 180 Tom Perry
November 13, 200619 yr Author Thanks for the responses. It appears that deleting the key assignment ("G") resolved the problem at least for now. Don't really know what the conflict was, but that seems to have done the trick. Thanks again.Ed GreenKCLThttp://www.panelshop.com/Banners/DEV.jpghttp://www.oncourse-software.co.uk/forum_images/fdc_beta.jpg
November 13, 200619 yr I haven't seen my landing gear re-cycling but I did have an instance where the Ctrl-E exit command cycled on the King Air. It would open the door but as soon as it was extended it would slam shut again. It may have been a one-off because I couldn't get it to do it yesterday.

November 13, 200619 yr That must have been it! I had parked next to the pumps. Thanks for the insight.
