Upgrade to P3D v5.1

Recommended Posts

Have updated ChasePlane to work on 5.1. However it hasn't created and xml file in the addons folder. Can someone let me know how to create one that will start the software as soon as the sim starts.

Also forgot how to assign a key on joystick to bring up ChasePlane interface while flying. Grateful for any help.

Regards

Chaseplane doesn't create or need an xml.  I runs outside of the sim. Open the application and make sure you select P3D v5 under the Preferences/General auto-launch tab and make sure your running P3D as administrator to prevent P3D from blocking Chaseplane.

Also in the Chaseplane app, under Control Assignments, look for the "toggle view selector" action and assign a key or button there.
