I had something weird happen yesterday I flew out of Cambridge, England and could not get Live Weather.  Rebooted and attempted to fly out of a local airport in Colorado--same, no Live Weather.  I also noticed the Marketplace was greyed out which also was a first a I've not had trouble getting Live Weather to work.  Long and short I had to sign out of the MS Store App, and the Xbox App, and MSFS then resign in and voila Marketplace and Live Weather were restored.  It does seem like a convoluted approach but I guess perhaps it comes from its dual-platform aspirations.
