November 8, 20205 yr Hi all- I have the Lear stretched across 1.5 27" monitors (used to be 2.5 but one monitor died recently). Needless to say, the Payload and Hanger Manager are stretched and need to be resized down on every new flight. Is it possible to reduce the default window size down to my needs? If so, how woulf I do that? Thanks, Mark

Before proceeding you may want to copy this file and paste it right back into the Lear folder so you have a backup copy of the orig panel file if needed. Now open the first panel.cfg file in a text editor like Notepad++. 3. At the top of the panel.cfg file you will see window titles something like this: [Window Titles] Window00=CONTROL_PANEL Window01=AIRCRAFT_OPTIONS Window02=Reality XP GTN Unit 1 (managed) Window03=START_INSTRUCTIONS Window04=DOOR_INSTRUCTIONS Window05=PAYLOAD_MANAGER Window06=WX Advantage Radar 4. WIndow00 (Control Panel) is the Shift+1 Hanger Popup. Go down in the open panel.cfg text file to Window00 and you should see: [Window00] file_1024=Control_Panel.bmp size_mm=1024,1876 window_size=0.27 position=3 BACKGROUND_COLOR=0,0,0 visible=1 ident=CONTROL_PANEL (Note I have not copied here all the gauges listed under this window.) What you want to do is change the window_size=0.27 line to something smaller like this: window_size= 0.20 // 0.27 where I have use the double slashes (//) to comment out but save the original 0.27 size. 5. Now go down to the Payload Manager window (Window05 in this example) in the panel.cfg file . Similar to the above, change the window_size=0.45 line to something like window_size= 0.35 // 0.45 6. Save the panel.cfg file. 7. Start the sim and see how the size changes have worked out. If you need to adjust them further, open the panel.cfg file again and adjust the sizes as needed. Save the file and now you can just reload the Lear to check out the changes. Al Edited November 9, 20205 yr by ark
