FS" crew not installed?

Ran the installer and was informed that FS2 crew had installed successfully, went to iFly 737 config manager and ran as administrator, clicked the update button which responded with "Ok" message but trying to put a bullet in the box for voice control returns a message saying that FS2 crew is not installed?

It's one of two things:

1. Your anti-virus nuked the FS2Crew gauge file.  Ensure your anti-virus is excluding your Flight Simulator folder.

2. When you installed FS2Crew, you didn't install it into your root FS folder.  The FS2Crew installer should have detected that main/root FS folder automatically.

Sometimes people try to install FS2Crew to a custom spot, and you can't do that.
