Is there a program or a way so you can choose the best STAR ans Transition for your fligt plan.

I have tried taking the last waypoint on my flightplan but almost always i see that i is not right, going another direction,or far away from the airport to come back

Is there a database where the last waypoint is listed, the runway and the most used star for example.
