November 25, 20205 yr Guys i hope someone can help, I currently have P3D v 4.5.14.34698 & v5.0.31.35253 installed and all working fine. Within both I have GSX working fine also. Within both I have UGCX latest version. Yesterday I wanted to use it , and I have programmedned a control ket on my Saitek X52 Pro to open the menu and all works, however when I when to use the voice for command instructions, it fails to hear me. I have checked the lauguage settings and both W10 and UGCX are united states - English. Ive checked to see if my mic is being picked up in windows and it is, I have trained my voice in the speech recgonition...twice... but still it fails to pick up my voice. Im using a SODE microphone going through a Behringer 1204 usb can anyone give me some advice please, on what id happening and why UGCX is failing to pick up my voice. many thanks Darren Crosby Darren Crosby
November 25, 20205 yr Commercial Member Hi Darren, You have the SODE mic going through a 1204 USB? I'm not totally sure what you mean by that. Generally speaking, if your speech recognizer in Windows is setup properly (English US, English UK, etc.), then the problem is usually this if it still doesn't work: Q. Voice Control doesn't work. A: Uninstall Asus Sonic Studio, Asus Sonic Radar and Asus Studio 3 if you have them installed. You don't need their bloatware. That solved it for one user. Another user had an audio program called Nahimic running on his laptop. Uninstall it. If you're having trouble uninstalling Nahimic, read this. Also, make sure your Windows is totally current. Run Windows Update and install all updates. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
