December 5, 20205 yr Commercial Member FS2Crew (www.fs2crew.com) weekend update for December 5th, 2020: 1. We've just updated FS2Crew for the NGX-U to version 1.7! This is a mandatory update for all PMDG NGX-U users. A takeaway from this is we haven't abandoned our FSX/P3D product line. We still issue software updates for them. In fact, next a week an update for the PMDG 747 QOTS II version will be coming out. And the UGCX 2.3 public beta is still on going. Change log for NGX-U v1.7: *Fixed important issues associated with the Engine Severe Damage or Fire procedure. If severe damage only, the FO will no longer get stuck after calling for start levers to cutoff and he will now pull the fire handles. To obtain V1.7, login to your account, re-download and re-install the main installer again. Other projects: Voice Control for the Airbus in MSFS and Airbus NX Project: We're still working on it! (FYI, we're looking for someone who can help "skin" our apps. If you understand C# and you have experience making apps look "pretty", please contact us. ) Aerosoft CRJ: Well, it looks like the Aerosoft CRJ may be the first payware study level plane available for MSFS. Naturally, we'll be supporting it. MSFS desperately needs a good payware airliner at the moment if it's take over from FSX/P3D, so hopefully the CRJ can deliver. ETA: Impossible to say, but it'll be a priority once the plane is actually released. The CRJ is rumored to be coming out soon, though. Secret Project #1: Coming along!
