I just got a new PC and installed P3dv4 on it today. For some reason after installing Traffic Global, the program will not open, and no traffic is being injected into P3dv4. I uninstalled and reinstalled four times without success. I did post on the Just Forums but I have no faith I will get any assistance, as it seems there is no regular monitoring of those forums. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have Traffic Global installed on two other computers with no issues.

Look at the post yesterday problem P3Dv5.1, and check my reply for running the install wizard again and make sure it has seen your P3Dv4 install correctly.

Ray - I actually saw that earlier, and maybe I am misunderstanding. But, once the install is complete the interface never opens up. It is as if it installs and then just disappears. I also tried running from the file location but nothing happens. How can I tell if it sees my P3dv4 location if it never opens up? Is there a way to do this?

First did install with admin rights this program will make changes to sim and windows protection can some time block this, when it is installing a window will open showing the sims installed on your system and the P3Dv4 window is just above the bottom window if it`s not showing click on the folder icon to the right and point it to your sim, also try going to file location and run from the main exe. right click and run as admin also check AV is not blocking it. 

Here the same issue :

I always had TG on my server but because of lots of apps I have tried to install it on my client .

Admin install went fine. But then it shut down. When clicking the TG pictogram it starts but within a second it closes.Un- and reinstalled it 3 times.

Then I installed it on my server without any issues...

I am a bit confused. For everything I install, I right click and select "run as administrator" and then I do the same whenever I open programs. Is there something else I am missing? I just tried again this morning with the same result. Also, my installer still says "early access." Is this the right installer?

The installer says Early Acces but it’s the correct version.

Thanks. I am seriously starting to wonder if I will ever get this to work. There shouldn't be issues like this. The entire reason I went with Traffic Global is for the ease of installation, and now I am at a roadblock. Perhaps if I do a rain dance while reciting the Gettysburg Address then the program will install properly.

Never had a problem since release to uninstall you run the installer and it only removes the old content files but leaves the two addon folders in the P3D scenery, run the updated version and it installs in the same addon folders as it will find them already present, TG scenery must be moved below your addon scenery and just above your base scenery.

There is obviously a conflict with something in my system because I can't even get to the screen in those pictures. When I click to open TG nothing at all happens.

If you don`t see the wizard on install then it`s not installing correctly, I would try downloading a fresh install from your account it could corrupted turn off AV if you have for downloaded, i have AV and it can flag it but i override it and click trust to stop it.

This is the next window in wizard that tells you it has seen your sim correctly.

It should come up During installation, if don`t see the wizard on the install procedure then it`s not installing correctly. or it fails to see your sim.

Do you know if someone at Just Flight is able to remote into my PC to see if they can find the problem? This one is a mystery.

I would wait to see what they say on your ticket, but at the moment it looks like they have there hands full it`s that time of the year with products launching
