Microsoft .Net Framework Unhandeled exception

Hi, Chatter was working 2 days ago but now when I start it up  I get the Unhandeled Exception with the following error.

Library e_sqlite 3 not found.

Since it was working we have had another small update to MSFS 2020.  Could this be the cause?

UPDATE

Problem resolved after downloading FS_ATC_Chatter again. Not sure why the original became corrupted.
