road traffic on the water

Featured Replies

Anyone else got this problem? Flying around the Bay Area in FSX the traffic crossing the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge isn't on the deck of the bridge - it's driving across the water, right under the bridge.Richard

I have seen this behavior on several places in FSX: cars driving across the water. It happens in some missions too (San Juan Island Run).Jozef K. http://homepages.onsnet.nu/~jkusters/signature.jpg

Hmmmm, would that be the amphibious vehicle setting, not to be confused with the kithen sink setting.Ron

Actually, when I fly over New Orleans, there's a long freeway there that has a 'water channel' carved out underneath it... I'm surprised no one else seems to have mentioned it in the forum. BTW, where do you report bugs (so that MS might actually address it)?

Haven't you guys heard of a "water taxi" before?!!!:-lol :-lol :-lol GaryGB

Hmm, sounds like an ingame product placement spot to me - maybe a prototype of the 2010 Hummer "boldly going where no SUV has gone before" :-lol

So in this version they finally get the bridges in the right place, and now the traffic is underneath it?! With that and the `silted` waterways, the patch cant come soon enough.Allcott
