GeForce Experience capture resolution matching

Featured Replies

Need help.  I am using GeForce Experience for screenshot capture.  When I first began using it the screen captures matched my screen settings in resolution.  I run at 2560 x 1440 for my Windows 10 desktop, for FSX SE, and for MSFS.  My GeForce Experience settings are also set at 2560 X 1440.  Lately however my screen captures from GeForce Experience are all at 3840 x 2160.  That results in a 2560 x 1440 capture on a black backdrop of 3840 x 2160, resulting in the need to edit the capture to crop it.  Anyone know how to get the captures back to 1440?

Hi Frank

Are you using a single or multiple monitors?

If multiple, have you checked if it could be recording off the resolution of a different monitor?
