Vehicle Traffic?

I can see vehicle traffic when I am on the ground on roads close to the airport.  However, when I takeoff there is no vehicle traffic visible.  Is that normal for MSFS2020 at this point?  My vehicle traffic setting is at 100%.

Just a thought, but what is your "Objects Level of Detail" set at under Graphics?
