December 4, 200619 yr I would like to know if someone has tried to use FDSFXpanel gauges on FSX to have crew announcement and musics.I have tried and got an error at the FSX startup (memory only in read error at one specific address after the execution of a specific instruction. Common error as I can see in the forum, but without any clear reason). After to have uninstalled it, i didn't get anymore that error, but I really don't know if the gauges could be the real cause (I had also installed FSUIPC 4 and have uninstalled also it).So I really would like to know if others are using it and had or not the same experience. Thanks in advanceBTW: waiting for the new FS passenger package for FSX, is there some other tool that can provide crew announcements and musics? I have tried Flight Deck 3.5, but was only waste of money !!!
December 4, 200619 yr Cellular, I have it installed in fsx and works perfect I wonder why you are getting that error ? I love the Fdsfx panel! I use it in almost every flight I'm really trying to figure out why you are getting that error did you double check the files you installed? and made sure, you are not missing any files ??. I use onboard sound and also fsuipc 4 but it works fine for me in fsx hope you can get it working, but it looks like to me you are missing files or they are in the wrong place. December 5, 200619 yr Cesar, thaks for your reply. I'll try to install it again hoping that the memory problem wont come out again.
December 6, 200619 yr Author I'm trying to install this in FS9 on the PMDG 737NG 600/700 model. All I get is a black box and that only comes up by going to the menu bar and choosing the sound panel from VIEWS/MAIN PANEL menu. The icon doesn't work for me either.
