January 22, 20215 yr I have tried twice to load the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on my home system and twice has failed. I call Microsoft support who ran a check on my CPU/Video card and was told that I COULD Run the new Fsim 2020. I have an inter I7-3770 3.4ghz processor and the Amd Radeon HD-7500 video card. Can anyone give me an idea as to where my problem might be. There is a minimum equipment requirement for the fsim program (Intel I5-4460 and video of Radeon RX570) and have checked both my cpu/video benchmarks and I exceed the performance of both of these Items. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
January 22, 20215 yr Sorry to break it to you but your computer is just not equipped to handle this new sim. You are incorrect about your GPU. It is ancient and doesn’t even come close to the performance of a RX570, let alone the recommended specs for the sim. The CPU is teetering at the bare minimum as well. You’re going to need to get a new system. Tired of Streetlights everywhere? Try MSFS DarkStreets today!
January 22, 20215 yr Good luck getting a new build until April when the IC crunch should ease up. Regards bs AMD RYZEN 9 5900X 12 CORE CPU - ZOTAC RTX 3060Ti GPU - NZXT H510i ELITE CASE - EVO M.2 970 500GB DRIVE - 32GB XTREEM 4000 MEM - XPG GOLD 80+ 650 WATT PS - NZXT 280 HYBRID COOLER
January 22, 20215 yr MS support are very hit and miss, it really depends who you happen to get, sometimes they are brilliant sometimes they seem to be reading from an on screen tele prompter. The HD7500 would really struggle but the game should at least install, What do you mean "twice has failed". Failed to install at all ,or fails to load the game or loads successfully but will not fly ? Edited January 22, 20215 yr by Glenn Fitzpatrick
