Reality-XP Support

Featured Replies

I use XPlane 11 and have the latest version.

I use the RealityXP Garmin 750 and Garmin 530 and also have the latest Versions of each product.

I have upgraded my Internal Hard Drive (C) on my Simulator PC to a larger Hard Drive - now my RealityXP Garmin 750 and 530 do not work.

I have Purchase orders and Certificate numbers for both of these products.

Both say INVALID LICENCE: Contact Vendor

What do I do? How can I get a Valid Licence again?

How can I fix this problem as I can not find anyway of contacting RealityXP Support

Please help!

This IS the RXP support area.  While you are waiting for a reply I recommend you look through other recent topics already posted and answered here.  Might be helpful to read through those here in the xPlane GNS forum as well as those in the FSX/P3D GNS forum.  The issue you are encountering may be common to both and you may find solutions in either.

When I have made system changes this type of issue has occurred.  My solution was to uninstall the RXP and Garmin Trainer software, then download fresh eCommerce installers from the product page on the RXP website.  Choose "reinstall" when  you reach the eCommece wrapper. Make sure you use the email address used with your original RXP purchase.  The RXP installation will call installation of the correct Garmin Trainers during the process, and will properly position your license information.  Please take time to read here about recent installation issues as there appears to be a new issue with some anti-virus software quarantining a file during the installation process.  I have not encountered that issue myself, but other users have.  It is well discussed in these forums.

Hi,

In writing your post you're actually contacting Reality XP!

Please follow @fppilot's advice, this will re-authenticate your license on your new drive:
