Requests not working

Good day Mark. I've changed the whole stuff, from computer to simulator. Now my rig is under W10 and P3Dv5.1, and, of course, my AviaServer licenses expired. The steps I took were the following:

  1. FEB-10-2021: Request license via "Send Request Directly". In less than 5 minutes, the 747 CDU license arrived in my e-mail.
  2. Installed the new license in the AivlaServer folder. Again, I received a message saying "...one my licenses is no longer valid". Well, that's strange, so...
  3. I emailed Mark Foti with the problem, attaching the log file. I received an automatic response e-mail telling me to request a new license and bla-bla-bla. Until today FEB-13-2021 I did not received real person support.
  4. I also filled the support form in the Aviaworx site. Until now, silence in the radio.
  5. I tried again to send a request for a new license, and after completing and sending the request form I received a message "EMAIL FAILED TO SEND".

What now? Did we lost contact with support?

Heron,

you are probably still running an old version - make sure you update to the latest version.

I also sent you an email - check your spam folder if you didn't receive it.

The request system is working correctly. If you are still experiencing issues, try disabling firewall and antivirus software.

Solved. I cleaned the server folder and retried an Aviaserver download, immediately moving there the new license. Then it worked.

I think that at the first time, when I received the no valid licenses message, something happened into the folder and I could no longer re-validate the license nor request new licenses.

The emails I received from you were two: one with the new license and the other with the automatic response of my support request. I always look in my spam box and your emails never got there.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your support.
