February 18, 20215 yr Hello, I have used RXP for months now with no problems, however with the latest update 2.5.28.2 I am beginning to get false positives from McAfee regarding the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Reality XP\rxpGtnSim32.dll If I disable the Real-Time Scanning the plugin will work as normal. But if I do not, McAfee will find the file and delete it even with it excluded. I know the file is safe, I just want to be able to use it without disabling my AV.

February 19, 20215 yr Ask any computer savvy guy and he'll tell you stay away from McAfee and Norton. As a general rule Defender works fine as does Malwarebytes. At the very least, if you tell them something is OK they take notice. The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
