FS2CREW window VERY big.

Recommended Posts

Hi.

Downloaded and installed 3.5 for the pmdg 777 and the interface window is now huge.

I made sure to disable then re enable in the configuration manager but the problem still persists.

Also can i suggest you give users the ability to click and drag to resize the windows?

Thanks.

How huge is huge? Were on a 4k monitor before?   If so, people complained it was too tiny.

Try this:

If you want to resize the panel with your mouse do this.

1. Open the panel.cfg for the PMDG 777 with notepad.

In P3D v5, it's here:

C:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 777-200LR\panel\panel.cfg.

2. Locate this line in each of the FS2Crew windows at the bottom of the panel.cfg.

Sizeable=0

3. Change the 0 to 1.

Yes I'm on a 4k screen and it was almost as wide as the screen itself, however the resize option has sorted my issue anyway.

Thanks.

I think this just needs to be reverted back to the way it was; most of us are not using 4K monitors and have no issue with the panel sizes on the NGXu or the 744.  Editable or not, the panel starts very big with every new session and becomes quite annoying.
