March 18, 20215 yr Just a Question for FS2CREW for the 787. When the co-pilot does his checks he turns off the right circulated fan and leave the other three alone. Is there a reason behind why he does this, as i got to turn around and turn it back on. Can someone explain this to me please. (Not a real life polit)
March 19, 20215 yr Commercial Member You mean this: * UPPER RECIRC FAN - ON ▪ LOWER RECIRC FAN - OFF (-9 only. Set back to ON at Top of Climb. -9 fan is noisy) Our consultant 787 pilot said the fan is noisy, so it's left off till the TOC. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
