March 22, 20215 yr Hi guys, I've been looking for some decent scenery for DNMM for v5 but can't find anything. Does anyone know of a decent AFCAD file that at least clears up the taxiways, adds more gates etc? I downloaded DNMM_ADEX_MR.bgl and DNMM_ADEX_MR_CVX.bgl from avsim but the readme asks me to put them in Addon Scenery/scenery folder of FSX. Where would the right place in P3D be? March 22, 20215 yr You can put it in the folder of your choosing (the airport bgl file aka ADE, AFCAD, AFX goes into the scenery subfolder under whatever folder you choose), and then add it to your scenery library using a utility like the free Lorby-SI P3D Addon Manager. If it was designed for FSX you may have to edit the airport file with ADE to reset the draw flags on the taxiways, otherwise your taxiways won't appear. You'll also have to check to see if the airfield elevation changed in P3Dv5, which might also require some additional ADE work to correct that. The LivingFS version for FSX works in P3D...it's better than a plain ADE file, but not tremendously so. I got it on sale at Simmarket for like 8 Eurogazinks and tweaked it heavily. It's barely passable, but better than default (tm).
