March 25, 20215 yr Commercial Member The stairs, catering, etc., need to by physically visible at your parking spot. If they're not there, they won't come. March 25, 20215 yr Commercial Member Correct, it's purely based on the scenery. What we're doing is the same as if you triggered it directly via the ATC menu. No stairs present = no stairs can come. I'd check your scenery options... maybe you need to turn your slider up a notch. But even at default airports, not every parking spot will have stairs available. A lot don't. B.
