fsx lesson by Rod M

Featured Replies

Just loaded fsx again after long larlyoff.  Tryng to fly Rod's IFR/VOR to zSants Monica airport.  Lesson takes me to Payne VOR Zand Rod starts talking about Payne instead of Santa Monica.  Loaded on windows 10 ..msfs2020 also on same computer.

Same problem with disc or steam version.

Welcome to the AVSIM forums! 😄  So what happens in the lesson when Rod starts yapping about the Payne VOR?  Are there any instructions about crossing the VOR and making a turn towards he airport?

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

Hi  Chuck,

You can use www.airnav.com to get most of the charts for US airports for free.
