Just purchased FS2Crew: Flight Crew A320 (Button Control) for MSFS 2020 and all went well except I cannot open the icon on the desktop to open the program and when I start MSFS its nowhere to be found? Please help

Please try this:

1. Run the .Net repair tool:

I'd put money on there being a problem with your .Net install in Windows.  If it has problems, things won't work.

2. Your anti virus program could be blocking.  Try excluding the Flight Crew A320 folder from your anti virus.

3. Try running the Flight Crew A320.exe directly from the folder itself rather than using the shortcut in case something else is blocking it.
