April 5, 20215 yr Hello there, very new to LNM and love it so far! I just had a couple of questions if I may I notice that when I quit MSFS2020, as you would expect, LNM stays on your last location. If I restart the sim, and go to a different location, LNM dosnt reflect the new location, The only way I can get it to reload with the new location is to quit LNM and then re-launch it. Is this the proceedure? I also use the Google Sat maps but notice when I zoom out, the colouring is normal (ie, blue ocean/Green lands, but when I zoom back in again, the whole map turns purple/red. Is there a default setting to stop it doing this, and to update FS Map on sim restart? Many thanks! Chris Pic 1 and 2 Chris Morgan

Is this the proceedure? You have to sit in the cockpit to see the position updated. This is true for most simulators. MSFS gives goofy position updates. I already had to implement a few workarounds to avoid the aircraft jumping into the Atlantic at 0, 0. I have to check what's going on there. 9 minutes ago, Premier said: I also use the Google Sat maps but notice when I zoom out, the colouring is normal (ie, blue ocean/Green lands, but when I zoom back in again, the whole map turns purple/red. Disable them in the toolbar or view menu. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
April 5, 20215 yr Author Hi Alex and thanks very much for the super quick response! I did find the buttons on the toolbar that stops the colours changing. Sadly my eyes are not the best and I find it hard to distinguish whether the button is on or off. Perhaps moving forward, you could add a small coloured square band around the button that appears when its depressed/on and no colored band surrounding the button when its off. I have turned all the buttons off now, and as you suggest, it does remove all the airspaces, but on restart of LNM, a few airspace buttons are on again. Can you save the GUI so it starts with the settings you last used? Thanks Chris Edited April 5, 20215 yr by Premier Chris Morgan
April 5, 20215 yr You can use the master airspace button to get rid of all: Show Airspaces If something appears again after restart: Look at "Load map display saved settings" in options on page "Startup and Updates". This should be checked. LNM is programmed in a way that almost all settings are reloaded on startup per default. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
April 5, 20215 yr Author OK, thanks again Alex, that should fix it :-) Such a fabulous program! Chris Morgan
