hi, after departure, i pass 10k and the cabin crew announce to prepare for arrivals, i get it that is should be in the decent but not in the departure, any help please

You've triggered Descent mode in the climb.  Only pass control in cruise, not during the initial climb.

ahhh. so keep hold of control until at cruise height,   cheers for that, wasnt aware what passing control actually did or does in the sim
