I accidentally put my computer in sleep mode while i was flying. When I woke it up again I was back in the game, but it told me I had to sign in again.

I did that but now all the settings are back to default, and all the progress is gone too. My logbook is blank, the progress counters are gone etc. some things remain like the achievements. Any idea how to get the logbook back?

Just finished the Q&A, the team said they were terribly sorry about it, they are understanding why it's important to some simmers and to make people who lost their logs a bit happier, they will give them the new ultralight for free

Well, the way I feel they can shove it.  If they want people to feel 'a bit happier', all they need to do is stop making appalling errors like this.  It is getting too much now with this and and all of the newer update errors just introduced, and others not fixed as stated.  Really unprofessional.  I worry about their capability, I really do.

Maybe it will make you feel better or not, but what I posted was sarcasm, they never said anything like that.

In reality during the Q&A, When Martial spoke about lost logs he was kind of smiling, very weird. I don't think we will see our log back or we will hear from them about it again.

 

 

Sorry, I missed the sarcasm due to my brain fuzz brought on by extreme disappointment. 

To be honest, it is all I can do myself at the moment to be sarcastic.  I am so tired of the issues they bring upon themselves.  Really dissapointed with them at the moment.

Still, we have a new 787 KLM logo at least.  Not like there was one at flightsim.to or anything! (Yes, sarcasm ).
