While flying on Vatsim, I noticed that I could see other aircrafts miles away as if it was CAVOK/NCD, when I was in clouds and low visibility, whilst runway lights were not visible (which is how it should be). 

Any fix for this?

Same here, happens all the time on my machine.

I think it's always been like this.
