Correct, worked for me too.

Then it should work for anyone on Game Pass to test it, and want to actually Purchase, the Premium Deluxe, and cancel Game Pass! I don't know anyone that got the Deluxe version. It's usually the Standard or the Premium Deluxe I have heard people purchase.

Good luck everyone 🙂

So, to be absolutely clear about this:..

In the Microsoft Store app, there is a page for "Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium Deluxe."  It has a price of "$119.99 (crossed-out) $95.99+ with your XBox Game Pass membership 20% off."  There is a button underneath that reads "Buy To Own."  Further down the page, in the Overview section, it has a panel listing "In this bundle" which includes

Microsoft Flight Simulator
Flight Simulator Deluxe Upgrade
Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe Upgrade
Digital Ownership

Slightly off topic but when I went in to check this out for myself to confirm what options I see, the game has just 88 reviews (which seem locked I could not add a rating)  which were basically either "5 stars amazing game" or "1 Star cannot get it to install" almost nothing in between.
