Reinstalled MCE V2.9.1.7 for MSFS 2020, checklist will not highlight enable all starts then stops highlighting

Are you using a custom checklist? Which airplane in MSFS?

no cannot get checklist up and running it just gives me a320nx free flight

May need to send custom checklist to support to make sure it's in the correct format.

Meanwhile, reset MCE to factory settings so that it uses the default checklist assigned to A320 Neo.

Start->Multi Crew Experience->Reset factory settings

Did you by any chance override folders permissions to \My Documents\ folder?

could have override folders mate if so not sure how to fix it yes i did the Reset factory settings  still no go

Really would like to help. Unfortunately, don't ever mess with permissions. May want to Google it (How to restore default permissions for user account Windows 10).

I know of one way around it, which is to create a brand new user account with admin privileges and never disable Windows UAC, nor mess with access permissions. You'll get all sorts of issues down the line if you do that. Only thing worth doing, is running the apps you trust as admin.

But if you have Microsoft MSFS Store edition, that would be tied to a specific user account, therefore this workaround may not be useful to you.

No i have not mess with permissions, i think what went wrong when i first got my license key from email i think i copied it instead of drag & drop  i think i saved with word doc app.
