Let's suppose you are running MSFS in Quest2 VR with no cables connected (such as via air link).

1) How long will the battery in the headset last?

2) Can you also use the official charging cable plugged into a standard house wall socket USB socket while playing MSFS with no video cable?

3) If so, does this extend the batter life before you have to stop using the Quest 2 and recharge?

4) Can you swap batteries easily in and out of the headset?

5) If so, how expensive are another set of batteries?

Thanks!

I would be interested in a reply even if you only know the answer to one of the above, off the top of your head !

Or if you know the answer to something I did not ask but probably I should have asked 🙂

Better bet would be a usb-c link cable and let it charge from your computer while you are playing

Headset will gradually recharge back too 100% while you are playing

You could also use a portable charging unit and play for up to eight hours.

Also, some of the available replacement head-straps have built in battery chargers.

No. The battery is built-in

Thanks, Hifli.

I think I need battery pack that fits on the headset because my computer does not have any USB-c ports. And all of it's USB 2 and 3 ports are not powered except a small amperage. A battery pack on back of the strap behind the head to put more weight on the back.
