The US is by far our biggest customer and we have no issues shipping abroad. We do have a pretty solid arrangement and have shipped to over 35 countries so far. In fact shipping to the US is actually quicker than Europe at the moment and if we have had repairs or returns this is pretty seamless. All products are fully insured by the courier so we aren't worried about loss. In fact the only yoke that went missing was between here and Derby!! It is no secret that delays and waiting time for this yoke is beyond ridiculous but we are slowly getting closer to clearing the backlog. Most are from covid which lead to a combination of manufacturer slow down, raw material availability, electronic component delays, Brexit, oversees shipping from china and transport issues in the UK. It is also due to this being a much bigger undertaking than first imagined and the jump from prototype to production has not been smooth in light of the above.
