Just wondering why the flight sim mag pc pilot hasn’t done a review on the fulcrum one yoke.

Ask your question in the dedicated Fulcrum we have here and Chris of Fulcrum may be able to answer. It might be that he is just pushing products out to as many customers as possible rather than holding units back for reviewers to try out. Be sure to give the topic a more precise title though.😉

Word of mouth sells it no need for advertising right now. For $500 or so there nothing than can beat it. Its a great product for those who want something more than plastic that wont break the bank. It will get reviewed in time.

Hi all, thanks for the interest and of course your custom!

PC Pilot did speak to us at the last Cosford about doing a review and certain YouTube influencers, suppliers and developers have asked to try it. There is a list of customers who have been waiting a long time though and I would not feel right sending out review units while people are waiting. It often creates bad feelings with paying customers when they see unavailable product appearing on YouTube as it makes them feel less valued that people who can show it off on their platform.

We will be submitting this and future products for reviews in all the expected outlets soon, we just need to get to the end of the list and have it on the shelf!

When you deal with Fulcrum you're dealing with a true gentleman.

Never mind the 'Aw shucks' stuff. I speak as I find.

Les, however long the wait is, it's worth it. Order it NOW.

Hats off to this statement from Mr. Attwood. The company and the product is state-of-the-art and like so many others have opined, well worth the wait and the investment.

The Fulcrum yoke is the best yoke in the market right now. It's basically a Yoko+ for half the cost. Also, it's built like a tank. Buy one now. You won't regret it.

Yeah!

I could not wait any longer so I ordered a Yoko+, yes it is twice as expensive, but I can afford it, so the price difference was not worth the long waiting time for me, but Fulcrum is definitely the best choice for everyone who want something other than plastic toys.

In defence of the developer as he is UK based sending products to the US makes some manufactures twitchy in case it goes missing...

I know Desktop aviator will not send to the UK from the US at present due to it going missing.

Hi Dave

While some suppliers have this attitude we do not. The US is by far our biggest customer and we have no issues shipping abroad. We do have a pretty solid arrangement and have shipped to over 35 countries so far. In fact shipping to the US is actually quicker than Europe at the moment and if we have had repairs or returns this is pretty seamless. All products are fully insured by the courier so we aren't worried about loss. In fact the only yoke that went missing was between here and Derby!!

It is no secret that delays and waiting time for this yoke is beyond ridiculous but we are slowly getting closer to clearing the backlog. Most are from covid which lead to a combination of manufacturer slow down, raw material availability, electronic component delays, Brexit, oversees shipping from china and transport issues in the UK.

It is also due to this being a much bigger undertaking than first imagined and the jump from prototype to production has not been smooth in light of the above.
