Did DirectX10 ship with Vista???

Just wondering if Directx 10 shipped with Vista... If so the first patch for FSX should give us the much promised performance boost.

Yes it did ship, but ACES has already indicated that the first patch/update to FSX will not have DX10 enhancements built in.

You have been around here enough to know better. :) The SP1 won't have much of anything to do with Vista or DX10.If there are any performance benefits to SP1, it will not be from Vista or DX10.
