Another Crash to Desktop posting

Featured Replies

Since the last up date at least 3 out of 4 flights crash to desk top rendering this sim unflyable - at least for me.

The only add on aircraft I have are the PMDG and Aerosoft.

It has got to the point I am spending way more time trying to trouble shoot than fly.

Since the last update something was introduced to the sim causing this. Once I even got a message during start up that my license was invalid - the sim paused for a minute or three then proceeded with the start up (only to crash again early into another flight).

Hope this will get address during the next update.

Where were you flying when this happened?

I've heard others having CTD issues if they fly in the Nordics, but not closer to the Equator.

Maybe the tree line fix messed something up?

Flights in Canada. The MSFS is on the original drive since originally installed.

This has happened with both add-on aircraft (PMDG & Aerosoft) and the CJ4 and TBM.

Are you using any liveries? The only way to help is if you tell us exactly what's in your community folder. I have both of these planes and Ive never had a ctd except the pmdg but that has been fixed 2 updates ago. So if you haven't updated the pmdg then do it.
