If you run into: "Customer not authorised" issues, the fix appears to be to shorten your JustFlight password to 10 chars or less.

Mine was 11 chars, this password worked in the past, but not this time!

JF Support made me run around in circles at first.. 😉

That's odd as my JF password is 30 Chars but I haven't had a problem.

Odd indeed.. my previous password had worked for other JF products also..

Definitely something to keep in mind when the Warrior comes out in the few weeks.

What I do not know, is whether JF support did something else at their end, and the password change was just a placebo... but if you run into "Customer not authorised", and it is on the weekend with JF support closed...
