I also use nvidia optimum performance and at times the Core clock reduces to 1200-1500 mhz as it doesn't need the grunt. All of this was done to under stress and keep temps down. I can bump render scale up to 140 but tend to stay on 100 otherwise it stays at 1740mhz and 800 volts at all times. I can't see what else a 3090 would give me if i want to stay at 1080p.....
