July 28, 20214 yr I haven't messed with any of my settings, but even in non-dense urban areas, the fps is 30fps and under. I have rechecked my settings and I have v-sync enabled and capped at 60fps. Before my settings would be 45-60fps. July 28, 20214 yr Author I did, nothing changed. I'm thinking that the Shift-Z stats mod needs to be updated. Because even when the FPS counter shows 20, it's still extremely smooth for me. No matter what the numbers report.
