Saitek Trim doesnt work after SU5

Featured Replies

Hi

Since updating yesterday I have found that my Saitek trim wheel is totally useless. Left at the SU4 settings (that worked!) i now find a small movement of the wheel was creating huge up/down movement in the nose of the plane, basically sending me into the ground.

I have reduced the sensitivity all the way to -80% and now the movement of the plane does not seem to respond to the movement of the trim wheel a all, any movement either up or down moves the nose into a 30 degree descent!

The trim wheel is currently unusable at the moment so I may as well park the game until there are some new patches unless anyone can help.

Has anyone else got the same result or has anyone found a fix or some good settings?

There seems to be something broken with the Trim Wheel (and perhaps more peripherals) indeed. MIne ac ted completely irrationally. I reset it to default and made the former settings (after taking notes in advance). It worked, but I should do more testing to confirm.

Kind regards, Michael
