Is it possible to change the display mode of the map in FBWA320Neo's EFB (Dashboard) to day mode and if so, how can I accomplish that?

I'm actually not sure, but I think you can't switch it.

At first I thought so, too, but pictures shown with the latest EFB update (measurement tool) I saw this day light map. (Unfortunately this PR is not shown at Github anymore)

I checked the code. It is actually set to force night mode.

Would be nice if we could have a switch to select either  day or night mode  :).

Yes you can with just a click on the crescent or sun icon on the top right of the efb...i'll post a screenshot when I get back from work

I think you're confusing this with the brightness setting of the EFB in general...?

Thanks, but that's not the map that I meant. I was referring to the moving map in the dashboard. Thanks a lot anyway for your efforts.

Oh ok.....I guess I miss understood...I also tried to change the moving map in the dashboard but that never worked.....anyways why don't you use the navigraph plugin?? It's got a much better moving maps than the one in the EFB.

I use the Navigraph charts but outside the simulator, on a secondary monitor. I prefer that over switching views in the cockpit. 

I was just asking for this daylight mode as I saw this displayed in a picture that came with an update to the FBW A320Neo and I couldn't find out myself how to switch that map (in the dashboard) to daylight mode.

Understood...and excuse me for miss understanding and confusing the charts with the map you're asking about...had a pretty hectic day at work..lol
