Connected to pushback car, but cannot start pushback

Featured Replies

I have updated to the latest version and I use the voice control software. Everything works fine except that I cannot start pushback. I am using the latest version of FBW320nx, I don't have the lights on, I don't have the engine on, but when I follow the prompts and say the statements, it doesn't start pushback

When you say the statements, does the menu change?

Are you sure it's not a voice recognition issue?

Same problem in button control?

The menu changes and there are no problems with the voice control.

Hi,

I have a similar problem with the A32NX from FlyByWire and the CRJ700 from Aerosoft.
The voice commands work well and when I ask for push back, nothing happens and I indicated that the brake was released and the
program announcing "push back".
Everything works fine with the Asobo 747, in voice mode.
In button mode, everything works fine with the three planes

If using the CRJ, make sure the CHOCKS are out via the EFB.
And make sure you're using the latest version of Pushback Express.
You must use 2.2.

It sounds like you're not using 2.2.

Cheers,

I removed shocks before the Push, it's not the reason of this issue, because the TUG isn't moving to the plane.

I've got 2.2C version of PBE.

I just discovered something.

When I ask for push-back directly, nothing happens, on the other hand if I indicate that I'm soon close, the TUG is prepositioned well and there the push-back works well

IThis is surprising because with ASOBO aeroplanes, we can ask for the pushback directly, without pre-positioning of the TUG and it does not crash
