August 8, 20214 yr I have updated to the latest version and I use the voice control software. Everything works fine except that I cannot start pushback. I am using the latest version of FBW320nx, I don't have the lights on, I don't have the engine on, but when I follow the prompts and say the statements, it doesn't start pushback
August 8, 20214 yr Commercial Member When you say the statements, does the menu change? Are you sure it's not a voice recognition issue? Same problem in button control? B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord

August 9, 20214 yr Commercial Member So the tug connects, but it just doesn't push back. You set the parking brake properly? Try it in a default plane just to ensure something didn't change again in the FBW. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
August 25, 20214 yr Hi, I have a similar problem with the A32NX from FlyByWire and the CRJ700 from Aerosoft. The voice commands work well and when I ask for push back, nothing happens and I indicated that the brake was released and the program announcing "push back". Everything works fine with the Asobo 747, in voice mode. In button mode, everything works fine with the three planes Edited August 25, 20214 yr by Math44

And make sure you're using the latest version of Pushback Express. You must use 2.2. It sounds like you're not using 2.2. Cheers, Edited August 25, 20214 yr by byork B. August 25, 20214 yr I removed shocks before the Push, it's not the reason of this issue, because the TUG isn't moving to the plane. I've got 2.2C version of PBE.
August 25, 20214 yr Commercial Member Another user had a similar issue I recall. I think you may have a 2nd pushback express installed on your machine. Please do a file search in your hard drive. Delete any Pushback Express stuff you find. Then re-install. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
August 26, 20214 yr I just discovered something. When I ask for push-back directly, nothing happens, on the other hand if I indicate that I'm soon close, the TUG is prepositioned well and there the push-back works well Edited August 26, 20214 yr by Math44
August 26, 20214 yr Commercial Member Glad you got it sorted. Yes, that's correct, you have to tell the tug you'll be ready shortly prior to pushing back. Please open the "ASSIST" panel. It tells you exactly what to say. Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord

August 27, 20214 yr Commercial Member Well, this is just the way we do it. It's a little bit more realistic than just saying "ready for pushback" out of the blue. Usually there may be a bit of banter first. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
